He was on the Faculty of Education of North Eastern Hill University and Rajiv Gandhi University, Arunachal Pradesh. At present, he is working as the Academic Coordinator of the Department of Education, School of Professional Studies in Central University of Kerala, Kasaragod. Dr.M.Hilaria Soundari is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Applied Research, Gandhigram Rural Institute ? Deemed University, Gandhigram, India. She is specialized in the fields of development research, gender issues and social work.
